This apple is medium-large, weighing 4 oz on average. Red in with some light pink streaks. The flesh is white with a yellow-green tinge. The texture is firm, crunchy and juicy. It has a fresh, acidic acidic flavour balanced with sweetness. Use for eating, cooking and juicing. Harvest in mid to late September, and the apple can be kept in cold storage for up to three months.
